Elizabeth Forbes, recipient of NSF Post-doctoral award!

Elizabeth will join Dr. Schmitz at Yale University with the incredible opportunity to continue her work on carbon and nutrient cycling in soil ecosystems. During her graduate studies here at UCSB, Elizabeth researched community impacts on carbon cycling in the soil at the Kenyan Longterm Exclosure Experiment. Congratulations Elizabeth!!
